Dallas-Fort Worth transition. Mr. Sarath and the team wanted to update each of members.

Please read the following message:

We want to keep you up-to-date on the Khmer Kampuchea Krom Dallas-Fort Worth transition.
The transition is scheduled is work on progess by an attorney Mr. Marvin Maloney issues.
As a result, we have began to address the integration issues and we have some information
that we want to pass to all members.

Montly meeting will remain the same, first Sunday of the Month.
Meeting start from 2:00 to 5:00 PM. We will keep you updated any progress.
There is plan to find found-raising and work with staff members.
Currently we receiving fee $10.00 per month from each members.

Our Management Structure remains the same and you will continue to report to the same Leader.

An integration team has been formed.
This team will be led by Mr. Y Sarath and the following team members will be part of this team.

Khmer Kampuchea Krom DFW has made significant investments in time wisely. Khmer Kampuchea Krom DFW has
provided our organization with valuable management practices and experiences. Khmer Kampuchea
Krom DFW has given us great latitude as a business and driving our growth strategy. We should all
appreciate these as well as many other benefits that we hope to enjoyed as a part of the Khmer
Kampuchea Krom Dallas-Fort Worth Assocation Nonprofit Organziation.
